Our role

Janasevanakendram is a private facilitation service. We help you apply on official portals; decisions on applications are made by the relevant government departments, and timelines are set by them.

Charges

Our service charge is listed for each service. Government and portal fees are additional and charged at official rates. Service charges are not refundable once the application has been submitted.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide.

Orders

Products are ordered on WhatsApp. Price, availability, delivery and payment are confirmed with you before an order is final. Products sold by vendors are the responsibility of that vendor; we review listings but do not manufacture the products.

Franchises and vendors

Franchise and vendor accounts are created only after approval by Janasevanakendram and may be suspended for misuse, poor service or breach of agreement.

Fees for partners

No payments are collected on this website. Franchise fees are paid offline after verification, against a receipt.

We may update these terms. The latest version will always be on this page.
