Janasevanakendram is a network of citizen-service centres in Kerala. We help people apply for government certificates, identity documents, licences, scholarships, welfare schemes and everyday services — without long queues or confusing portals.

What we do

Our trained staff fill and submit applications on official government portals on your behalf, keep track of their status and keep you informed on WhatsApp. We also offer printing, bill payments, travel bookings and a small online shop with products from verified local sellers.

Our network

Every Janasevanakendram outlet is run by a local Franchise partner who has been verified and trained by our team. Outlets follow a standard service catalogue and transparent service charges.
