• Details you give in application forms (name, phone, WhatsApp number, email, address, district, qualification, business details).
• Documents you upload (ID proof, photo, business proof).
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, and details of service requests and orders.

How we use it

• To review franchise and vendor applications and contact you about them.
• To process service requests and product orders.
• To keep records required for our business and to prevent fraud.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the outlet or seller handling your request, with government portals when applying on your behalf, and when required by law.

Storage and security

Uploaded documents are stored in a private area that is not publicly accessible and is only viewable by our administrators. Unsuccessful applications are deleted after 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information by writing to admin@janasevanakendram.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
